POWRA Mission Statement
The mission of POWRA is to promote sound Watershed and Smart Growth Principles by recycling wastewater on the land and in the soil.  POWRA members encourage communication and sharing experience and expertise among all wastewater practitioners to encourage the proper use and management of on-site wastewater recycling systems to meet the environmental and public needs of the Commonwealth.
