DEP Secretary prefers comprehensive changes to regulations and act, rather than surgical approach.
The General Assembly amended Act 537 with Act 26 of 2017. The DEP is the executive agency under the Governor that administers Act 537. Further standards concerning the implementation of Act 26 are working its way through DEP and SAC with consideration of the public comments.
